Andrea advocates for employees’ rights.  Her mission is to make a positive impact on both her clients’ lives as well as the community she serves.  She fights for employees who have suffered discrimination, retaliation or harassment.  She also takes on corporations that have subjected its employees to wage-theft, unlawful working conditions, and other labor code violations in both individual and representative actions.

Prior to joining Jackson APC in 2015, Andrea was an appellate attorney.  Her legal research and writing experience set her apart from most litigation attorneys.  She has successfully litigated hundreds of employment law matters as lead counsel and as the second chair through trial.
